Immediately felt welcomed and safe! Staff is very friendly! I ordered the pumpkin spice chai and I loved it! My friend ordered the strawberry matcha and she loved it too! Definitely will be returning and recommending to friends.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Slo and 5 cities area. The organic coffee is delicious and the highest of qualities. The staff is very welcoming and the nicest baristas I’ve met. If you want a cozy and an overall great experience come here. Oh and definitely try the local pastries!

A lovely spot for tea. They made an excellent matcha latte. Both staff were so friendly and even gave me a great recommendation for a place to visit during our stay in SLO. They also made great hot chocolates for my kids.

Kaffein is one of the few places in San Luis Obispo that offers ceremonial grade matcha. Their customer service was excellent. The owner was friendly and talked to us to make sure our order was correct.
